A Christmas to Remember

Christmas is naturally a busy time for Crêpe Cuisine. When the party season is in full swing, demand for our products is always extremely high. But 2012 wasn’t just a big Christmas. It was our biggest ever.

This busy period, which saw us produce a record-breaking number of bilinis for retail, was only possible due to the substantial investment we had made earlier in the year – £600,000 in total.

We installed new equipment including an American pancake machine and a bilini machine made in France to our own specifications. We also expanded our facilities, including new areas for chilling, mixing and dispatch.

Growth is important to Crêpe Cuisine. We believe in our products and naturally we want them to be available to as many people as possible. But growth can only be achieved with proper investment. The £600,000 worth of improvement and development to our factory floor is our commitment not only to growth, but to continuing to lead the way.
